[Biodiesel In Utah] Article: Waste Oil Theives

There is someone stealing oil in Ogden. I checked my oil barrels on a 
Thursday afternnon and had two almost full barrels.  When I went to pick it 
up Friday morning at 5:00am, I found someone had emptied them both.  Whoever 
is stealing better not get caught or they will be prosecuted!
