It's $125/year...

Ted Diamont - 759-3215 is the guy to start with.
The county pay's him as a "consultant" to help folks out.

The person who is over the permits is Mary Patt Buchman - 313-6707

Yep! You have to prove you have insurance.
I can't remember how much it is though....
You can license up to 5 trucks though.

We have the permit. Nice green sticker....

When the health department calls us because Renegade sees our barrels & calls the Health Department to "turn us in", we just grin & say, "Yep! We're legal!"
And they say, "OK, thanks...g'bye!" (Just warms my heart to know we just stuck it to Renegade--you know my absolute FAVORITE company in all of Utah--yeah right! and pigs fly).

They'll also ask you what you're doing with your glycerin.....ours goes to the waste water treatment plant.
There's also a place in American Fork that'll take all you want to bring 'em...

Salt Lake County Health
Department was the place I heard was responsible for these permits. Let me know
what you find out, I may be interested in going in on doing this. I believe you
can do up to 5 vehicles with the permit. The hard part is the insurance that
they will require .
