Phil,
To summarize our telephone conversation just now, here's what I propose:
I will trade you 130 gallons of ASTM quality processed biodiesel for
your chemicals AND the WVO you have in stock. I'll come pick it up.
Then, I will provide you on a 1-for-one basis, biodiesel at $1.50 per
gallon on an ongoing basis. If you have 300+ gallons of WVO now, then
you'd have the right to buy another 170 gallons of biodiesel at $1.50,
(300 gallons minus the 130 you already have coming), which should
take care of your winter needs right away.
It will be most important that you continue to collect the oil from
your restaurant. Right now, I don't have enough WVO to fulfill my own
needs, so we'd need that for both of us as we go forward. AND I will
need WVO to process through my processor so I can justify buying it,
and providing biodiesel to you as you need it, and to my own vehicles
going forward. Also, I would suggest that you continue to tie up
other oil suppliers because the WVO is getting really scarce around
here, and will become more and more "valuable" as time goes by.
I hope this is fair to you. I think it is, and also will give us both
fuel for our needs. If this doesn't seem to work for you, give me a
counter proposal and let's make a deal.
Either call me at 801-318-0058 or reply to this email.
Regards,
Jim
