[Biodiesel In Utah] New To Group

Hi, I'm new to this group. I have three questions.
Is there somewhere in Ogden other than Cardwell that I can buy biodiesel?
Cardwell shipments aren't coming in, or they always have problems at the pump.
Are there sources in Weber Co. to get SVO/WVO, so I can make it myself?
Do I need a permit in Weber Co.?
