[Biodiesel In Utah] diesel prices...argh

My guess is that this time of year the home heating oil on the East
Coast starts to get scarce, or at least the investors seem to think
so. Since they are basically the same (heating and diesel) the price
starts to go crazy. It seems to happen every year in the fall.
Just a guess....
Also, anybody know why the B20 at the Phillips 66 on 2100 South is
3.60+/gal and the Phillips 66 on 3300 S is still 3.30+/gal? I thought
that they were owned by the same person?
