[Biodiesel In Utah] Meeting Time for Setting up an actual Bio Coop in SLC!

We have setup a meeting time for discussion of setting up an actual brewing 
/ grease collection Co-Op in Salt Lake City.   This meeting is not 
mandatory, this is primarily for people interested in organizing or joining 
an actual Co-Op to both collect grease and to brew.  We are hoping the Co-Op 
could provide a solution to the lack-of-grease problem currently in SLC. 
This will be the first official meeting to discuss the idea.

MEETING TIME & LOCATION:
Next Thurs, Sept 14th, at 7PM upstairs at the SLC Roasters in downtown SLC. 
Address is 320 E. 400 S.  - very close to the downtown SLC Library....
